I am Danté Botha
As a dietitian based in Nelspruit, I can help soon-to-be parents plan a healthy diet that meets the nutritional needs of both the mother and the baby. I can also provide guidance on weight management during pregnancy, as well as advice on how to make sustainable lifestyle changes to support the health of both the mother and the baby. Additionally, I can provide support and accountability throughout the pregnancy to help ensure a healthy outcome for both the mother and the baby.
